Guest Fees (w/ full member) 

Pavilion Rental

v     Rental of the pavilion for more than 2 hours during normal hours, or for more than 100 guests after normal pool hours requires board approval.

v     A list of guests attending, and the cleaning deposit, must be provided to the pool manager BEFORE the pavilion rental period begins.

v     All guests must leave the pool facilities at the end of the rental period or pay the daily guest fee rate AND be staying with a full member.

v     Any events charging an admission fee to their guests must have prior board approval.

v     The cleaning deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period ONLY if the pavilion space, and other pool areas used in conjunction with the rental been returned to the level of cleanliness prior to rental commencing.
